He was born in KASHGAR. He won URUMQI Xin Jiang University Faculty of Medicine in 1979 and studied modern and traditional medicine for 6 years.
He graduated in 1985 and earned his specialization in the general surgery department of the teaching hospital of the same university.
He worked as a general surgeon between 1985-1991.
In 1992, he worked at Istanbul University Cerrah paşa Hospital, Department of General Surgery.
In 1995 T.C. became a citizen.
He passed the YÖK special exam by taking the equivalence of all the courses of the medical school he studied, and received the Medical Doctor Diploma numbered 75889 and 85-163 by the Higher Education Council and the Ministry of Health.
He studied at Bei Jing University of the People’s Republic of China, Bei Jing Medical Education Association Training Center and Bei Jing Chiropractic Research Center Spine health department.
He has been working on spine health and joint disorders in his own practice since 1995.
He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association.
With its many years of experience, it carries out modern medicine and traditional medicine science together.
It provides success in the treatment of many diseases, especially spinal pain and other pains.
