He was born in KASHGAR, In 1979, he won URUMQI Xin Jiang University Faculty of Medicine and studied modern and traditional medicine for 6 years.
He graduated in 1985, earned his specialization in the general surgery department of the training hospital of the same university.
He worked as a general surgeon from 1985 to 1991.
In 1992, he worked at Istanbul University Cerrah paşa Hospital, Department of General Surgery.
In 1995 became a TURKİSH citizen.
By taking the equivalence of all the courses of the medical faculty he studied and passing the special exam of Higher Education Department, he had his Medical Doctor Diploma certified by Higher Education Department and the Ministry of Health with the number 75889 and 85-163.
He studied at Bei Jing University of the People’s Republic of China, Training Center of Bei Jing Medical Educational Association and Bei Jing Chiropractic Research Center Spine health department.
Since 1995, he has been working on spine health and joint disorders in his own practice.
He is a member of the Turkish Medical Association.
With its many years of experience, it carries out modern medicine and traditional medicine science together.
It achieves success in the treatment of many diseases, especially spinal pain and other pains.
