kimdir?

1963 yılında Kaşgar’da doğdu. 1979 yılında Urumçi’deki Sincan Üniversitesi Tıp Fakültesi’ni kazandı ve 6 yıl boyunca modern ve geleneksel tıp eğitimi aldı. 1985’te mezun oldu ve aynı üniversitenin eğitim hastanesinin Genel Cerrahi Kliniği’nde genel cerrahi uzmanlığını tamamladı. 1985–1991 yılları arasında genel cerrah olarak çalıştı.
